A Little Help
Business I.T. has a number of facilities for providing a range of support
functions.
We pride
ourselves on resolving your issues quickly and that is why we endeavour to
fix your issues on first contact. If we cannot, we will work with you
to determine the urgency and assign an engineer to come back to you at an
agreed time.
With the
addition of the LogMeIn range of products to our arsenal of tools, now more
than ever we can resolve problems quickly and efficiently to keep your
systems running.
Using the
LogMeIn Rescue tools, to which there is a link on our
'Request Help'
page, we can work with you straight away for an immediate resolution.
Following is a
list of our support facilities and standard operating hours:
- Phone
- Onsite
- Remote (LogMeIn)
- Remote
(Remote Desktop Connection)
- Workshop
(fully functional and at the ready)
There is a call
out fee for visits to site, and our work is charged in quarter hour
increments with a minimum of 1/2 an hour for onsite and LogMeIn Rescue
Remote work.
Our standard
hours of operations are 8.30am to 5.30PM Monday to Friday
Out of hours
rates do apply and work outside of these times is available by request, or
through emergency contact.
We provide
emergency support to existing clients. If you have an emergency
situation outside of business hours, ensure you leave a message on our phone
and advise that this is an emergency situation. We will come back to
you very quickly.
